Gluten Free Vegan Beet Pizza
The fresh arugula and colorful beet slices on this gluten-free vegan pizza make it taste great and be good for you. It has vegan cheese and pine nuts on top, which give each bite a great crunch. Add a balsamic glaze as a finishing touch that makes the flavors even better. Great for a quick and filling meal!
Ingredients:
- 1 medium beet, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 gluten-free pizza crust
- 1 cup vegan cheese your favorite variety
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C
Put the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet
Spread olive oil on top of the crust
Spread the red onion and beet slices out on top of the crust
Cover the toppings with a thin layer of vegan cheese
Add pepper and salt to taste
It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are done
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit
Fresh arugula and pine nuts should be put on top
Spread the balsamic glaze on top of the pizza
Cut it up and serve it hot
