Sizzle Burgers - The Mountain Kitchen Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked
- 4 pickle slices
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Put ground beef, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Make 4 burger patties out of it
For medium-rare, grill the burger patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side
During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of cheddar cheese to top of each one
Put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them for one to two minutes, until they are lightly browned
To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl
Spread the sauce on the bottom bun of each burger
Then add lettuce, a burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, red onion, bacon, and a pickle slice
Put the other half of the bun on top
